He was predeceased by: his parent Robert "Hoke" Blakely, Jr.. He is survived by: his parent Linda Blakely (Dooley); his wife Casey Blakely (Roach); his daughter Katlyn Blakely; his sister DeeDee Blakely; and his cousin Lisa Scott. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
