It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Cole (Lavonia, Georgia), born in Lilburn, Georgia, who passed away on September 19, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Cole and Irene Cole; and his sister Shirlene Fox. He is survived by: his wife Genevieve "Genny" Cole (Burton) of Lavonia; his daughters-in-law, Allen Cole, Joy Cole of Social Circle, Barry Cole and Amanda Cole of Braselton; his grandchildren, Tyler Cole, Rebecca Cole of Dacula, Mandi DeLaughter, Michael DeLaughter of Woodstock, Briton Cole, McKenzie Cole of Clarksville, TN, Ryan Hurkmans, Morgan Hurkmans of Zebulon and Haley Hurkmans of Duluth; and his great grandchildren, Bella, Brently, Camp, Ronin, Hudson, Lawson and Jianni.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Power of Hope.
