It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ophelia Hughes Hunt Williams of Lavonia, Georgia, born in Elberton, Georgia, who passed away on December 26, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Phillip Hughes, Willie James Hughes and Walter Lewis Hughes. She is survived by: her husband Billy 'Frank Williams, Sr.; her children, Denise Anderson (Haven) of Elberton, Cedric Hughes (Frances) of Dothan, AL and Kelisha Hughes of McDonough; her siblings, Phyllis Lewis of Elberton, Bobbie Sue Allen of Royston, Donnie Hughes (Patricia) of Elberton, Ronnie Hughes (Shirley) of Elberton, Johnny Howard Hughes of Elberton and Eugene Hughes of Elberton; her stepchildren, Xavier Hunt, Stanley Hunt, Carl Johnson, Nelson Williams (Trina), Tanika Bowman (Tory), Pamela Robertson (Malachi), Jason Williams, Frank Williams, Jr. (Capri) and Chris Williams (Marian); her sister-in-law Adell Hughes; and her aunt Everlena Alexander. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
