He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Floyd and Dorothy Sue Vaughn Floyd; and his sister Jane Floyd Smith. He is survived by: his wife Martha Chastain Floyd; his children, Angela Lee (Paul Lee), Eddie Floyd (Rebecca Milford-Floyd) and Rebecca Bullock (Roger Bullock); his grandchildren, Daniel Floyd (Brandy), Anna Roberts (Andrew), Hope Bullock, Gaines Bullock, Emily Bullock, Reagan Floyd, Eliza Kate Floyd, Perrin Floyd, Brandy Lee and Bailey Lee; and his great grandchildren, Alexis Roberts, Millie Ann Roberts, Hadley Floyd, MaKenna Floyd and Mason Lee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Bowersville Baptist Church, P.O. Box 26, Bowersville, GA 30516.
