He is survived by: his children, Tyler Floyd (Kaitlyn), Tanner Floyd (Caitie) and Breanna Parker (Austin); his granddaughter McKenna Floyd; his grandmother Etrulia Mauldin; his stepmother Lori Floyd; and his siblings, Chris Floyd (Valerie), Cheri Beatenbo (Tony), Christi Jackson (Jerry), Maggie Jackson (Cody) and Jamee Floyd.
