It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Roper (Lavonia, Georgia), born in Marietta, Georgia, who passed away on June 22, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joni Waylor Roper; his children, Benjamin of Cumming and Jackie of Lavonia; his grandsons, Brett, Taylor and Jamie Wood; his mother Mary Pettett Roper; his siblings, Richard Roper of McMinnville, TN and Judy Roper Mayo (Ken); his father Lloyd Carter Roper; and his son Pat Roper.
