He is survived by: his wife Mary Johnson Blackwell; his son Kelvin Blackwell; and his siblings, Paul Blackwell, Ricky Blackwell and Mary Drucilla Ramsey. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
