She is survived by: her husband John Alan Jacobs; her children, Nathaniel Jacobs (Haley), Adrianna Jacobs and Tristan Matthew Jacob; her siblings, John Coppock, Missy Black and Sheila Coppock Marlow; her granddaughter Noelle Jacobs; and her pet Paco. She is also survived by her family especially her mother in law.
