She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Ellen DeLong (Kenny), Gwen Marie Gay (Rick) and Christy Lee Chappell; and her siblings, Clinton Sledge, Sandra Simpson, Carol Klehn (David) and Rev. Lanny Sledge (Sandra). She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.
