He is survived by: his wife Lacey Noles Keith of LaGrange; his children, Oakland Keith, Lakeland Keith, Mailee Noles, Adalyn White and Mason Noles; his parents, Jerry Keith and Melanie Cummings Keith of Hogansville; his brothers, Carson Keith (Jillian) of Hogansville, Kane Keith (Elizabeth) of Cumming and Perry Keith (Lainey) of Milledgeville; and his grandmothers, JoAnne Keith of Hogansville and Glenda Cummings of LaGrange. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Flowers will be accepted, or donations may be made to the Lance Keith Memorial Fund for his children beginning May 1st.
