He is survived by: his parents, Monterrio Perry and Siobhan Forbes; his brothers, Jeremiah and Tavion; his grandparents, Bryan, Paulette Forbes, Willie and Angela Perry; and his aunts and uncles, Bryan Jr., Sean, Damion, Malik, Jaylan, Andrea, Niesha, Kierra, Davika, Angela and Mya.
