He is survived by: his wife Diane J. Groomes; his daughter Leslie Parker (Anthony); his grandchildren, Kavon, Kyrie and Phoenix; and his siblings, Mary E. Jackson, Deborah G. Brown, Carrie A. Stephens, Elaine Williams, Katie G. Brannon, Harry B. Groomes and Robert C. Groomes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
