We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2022, at the age of 75, Billy Ray Wooten of Jonesboro, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father William Fate Wooten. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Whitaker of Jonesboro, GA; his children, Luther Whitaker of Jonesboro, GA, William Davis of Bridgeport, CT. and Shanda Milton of Jonesboro, GA.; and his sisters, Carrie Taylor of Bridgeport, CT, Diane Farmer of Pinetops, NC and Barbara Wooten of Macclesfield, N. C.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19, we are asking everyone that is planning to attend the Service or visit Hemby-Willoughby Mortuary it is mandatory that you wear a mask.
