He was predeceased by: his father Horace Clifton Jones; and his brother James Eston Jones. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Walker Jones of Danville; his children, Richard A. Jones (Lynn), Cynthia Jones Bizaillion of Danville and Gwendolyn Jones Coleman (Ray); his brothers, Darriel Jones (Elaine) of Eastman and Milton Jones (Patricia) of Eastman; his sister-in-law Mary Lou Jones; his grandchildren, Shawn Coleman (Katie), Seth Coleman (Tori), Lindsey Jones, Heather Mullis (Eric), Joshua Watkins (Amanda) and Rachel Bostian (Donnie); and his great grandchildren, Eve, Caleb, Gavin, Emma, Ragan, Jordyn and Jaxson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
