He is survived by: his wife Wendy Lee Johnson of Jefferson; his son John Jarrard "Jack" Johnson Jr. of Jefferson; his stepchildren, James Mackinley "Mack" Allen of Lawrencville and Hazel Jane Allen of Jefferson; his uncle Tom; his aunt Denise Jarrard of Stone Mountain; and his cousins, Kathy Smith, Andy Allen, Trey Jarrard and Julie McKinzey.
