He is survived by: his wife Sukhwant; his sons, Inderpal and Sandeep; his siblings, Jarnail Singh Virk, Santokh Singh Virk, Sukhwinder Singh Virk, Nishan Singh Virk and Rajbir Kaur Cheema; and his grandchildren, Armaan, Ekam and Keerat.
