He was predeceased by: his father Richard Emmett Neely; and his sisters, Bessie Reeves and Freida Hammond. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Faye Neely; his son Shawn Neely; his stepchildren, Danny White (David White) and Kelly Martin (Andrea Marsh); his grandchild Morgan Graves; his stepgrandchildren, Annalysa Vaughn, Andrew White (Haylee Scott), Samantha Martin, Austin White, Sarah Martin and Jordan White; his caregiver Annie Davis; and his close friends, Charles of Washington and John Strickland. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
