He was predeceased by: his father Virgil Smith. He is survived by: his son Jonathan; his daughter-in-law Samantha Smith; his daughter Bailey; his son-in-law Lane Lewis; his grandchildren, Davis, Emery and Evelyn; his sisters, Janet (Logan Moore) and Lisa (Mark Cawthon); and his friend Leah Nix. He is also survived by several nieces, a nephew, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
