It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Olga Elaine Cooper (Hogansville, Georgia), who passed away on August 30, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Walker Prather and Mae Emma Gibson Prather; her husband Arnall Leroy Cooper; her brothers, Edward Brice Prather (Sylvia Prather-Railey) and Albert Ervin Prather (Florine Prather-Bowen); her siblings-in-law, Jimmy Richard Looney, Felton J. Hill, Donald Leon Cooper and Annie Laura Waldrup; and her close friend James Morris.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Cooper and Randy Cooper (Brenda); her siblings, Ray Prather (Geraldine), Mary Fay Looney and Barbara Jewell Hill; her grandchildren, Christopher Cooper, Michael Cooper and MaKenzie Seymour; and her great grandchildren, Carson Cooper and Brandon Cooper. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
