He was predeceased by: his son Nik Bezwerchyj; his father Mykola Bezwerchyj; and his brother Dan Bezwerchyj. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Bezwerchyj of Hogansville; his daughter Ashli; his son-in-law Tony Lewis, Jr. of Palmetto; his son Anthony Bezwerchyj of Las Vegas; his granddaughter Rylee-Ann Lozada of Palmetto; his mother Nina Bezwerchyj; and his brothers, Andy Bezwerchyj and Peter Bezwerchyj.
