He was predeceased by: his parents, Retha Mae Pike Hammett and Harold Redwine Pike; and his sister Wanda Atwell. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Pike of Hogansville; his siblings, Patricia (Ronnie Janney), Loretta (Lester), Lawson (Darlene Hardesty) and Mark Hammett of Carrollton; and his grandchildren, Selena Buchannan, Brandon Dean, Desmond Dean and Tiana Phillips.
