She is survived by: her husband Earl F. Phillips; her daughter Jane Oberti (Edward); her grandsons, Anthony, Michael, Jonathan and Daniel Oberti; and her sisters, Debra Waters, Pat Brown of Savannah and Katha Driggers (Jimmy) of Glennville.
