He is survived by: his fiancée Yvette Roelofse of Hinesville; his sons, Joshua Fowler (Ferrin) of Clinton, TN and Michael Fowler of Oak Ridge, TN; and his sister Ann Fowler Phillips of Daytona Beach, FL. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
