He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Becky Butler Eastwood, JoAnn McIntosh and Rick Harrison. He is survived by: his wife Page Butler McIntosh of Hinesville; his children, Jeffrey McIntosh (Candice) of Hinesville, Paul McGowan (Rubby) of Paris, Tennessee, Krysta McIntosh of Hinesville, Keri Nielsen of Cleveland, Chelsea Moon (Josh) of Ludowici and MaKayla McIntosh; his parents, D. L. McIntosh and Mary-Ann McIntosh of Shellman Bluff; and his siblings, Tiana McIntosh (Harrison), Gina Harrell (William) of Shellman Bluff and David "Dee" McIntosh of Hinesville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
