She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph King Davis and Mary Carter Davis; her husband William J. Howard, Sr.; her siblings, Leslie Davis, Joe Davis and Zeita Moman; her granddaughter-in-law Makeba M. Howard; and her great grandchild Khalil J. Howard.
She is survived by: her children, William J. Howard, Jr. of Gloucester, VA, Larry Howard of Hampton, VA, Denise Howard of Antioch, TN, Rhoda Howard of Hinesville and Mary Frances Howard of Hinesville. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
