He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Church and Annie Mae Miller Church (Good Shepherd Missionary Baptist Church); and his sisters, Clarsteen Foster (Luther) and Mary Etta Brown. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Miller; his sons, David Miller (Caroline) and Craig Miller (Tia); his siblings, Eugene Miller (Doris) and Tommia Russell (Herman); and his sisters-in-law, Jamie Arlene Echolas (Andre) and Vanice E. Prather. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
