She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Sparkman and Alice Sparkman; her husband Elmer Godfrey, Jr.; and her daughters, Yolanda Sue Freund and Montiene Wallace McLard.
She is survived by: her children, Diann Jenkins of Ludowici, Ricky Godfrey (Debbie) of Walthourville and Dora Alliene Morris (Norman) of Ludowici. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty nine great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
