She was predeceased by: her parents, James Eugene Ledbetter and Alice Winona Ford. She is survived by: her children, Alice Donese Mercaldo of Jefferson, Matthew McDermitt of Hinesville and Marshall Pamela McDermitt of Savannah; her siblings, William Eugene Ledbetter and Vera May Ledbetter of Flint, MI; and her grandchildren, Aaron, Stephen Mercaldo of Atlanta, Faith Dibble of Belmont, NC, Hunter McDermitt of Tucson, AZ, Ceilidh McDermitt of Richmond Hill and Ashley Luo of Savannah. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and one nephew.
