He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Daniel and Edith Marie Wallon Slick. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ellen Slick of Hawkinsville; his children, Dr. James Slick (Katherine) of Atlanta, Dana Britto (Randy) of Dothan and Kathy Shifflett of Hawkinsville; and his sister Rosa Lee Wolflang (Louis) of Wisconsin. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
