He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Passmore; his brothers, Coleman K. Passmore and Dennis Passmore; his siblings-in-law, Roger Coleman, Buddy Cranford, Ellis Scarborough, Richard Babb, Rufus Stokes and Betty Passmore; his son-in-law William David Harris; and his pet Sadie.
He is survived by: his children, Tammi Harris of Florida and Gene Passmore of Hawkinsville; his grandchildren, Chelsea Maddox (Hunter) of Montrose and Zachary Tyner (Kelly Philipps); his great grandchildren, Colleen Tyner, Emily and Cayson Maddox of Montrose; his sisters, Jenelle Stokes of Hawkinsville, Josephine Coleman of Hawkinsville, Tyine Scarborough of Hawkinsville, Nikki Morrow (Allen) of Cordele and Billie Faye Cranford of Cochran; and his sister-in-law Lib Babb of Greenville, SC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
