With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Henry Delano Ragland Jr. of Harlem, Georgia, born in Empire, Alabama, who passed away on January 10, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: the mother of his children Betty Ragland; his son David Ragland; and his stepdaughter Christie Henegan. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Ragland; his children, Carl Ragland, Devlin Ragland, Dale Ragland and Dena Straughn (Kenny); his stepchildren, Quentin Cochran, Michael Cochran, Kathy Santiago and Kelly Chipman; and his sister Jan Handley (Henry). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
