He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Neal; his children, Glenn E. Neal (Lynn), Michael S. Neal (Sue) and Melanie N. Welch (Joey); his sister Mozelle Oxner (Billy); his grandchildren, Russ Smith, Jim Smith (Erica), Stacy Neal, Emily Talkington (Michael), Trey Welch, Cassie Smith, Hailee Smith and Jazmine Neal; and his great grandchildren, Ella Talkington, Treyson Welch and Logan Smith. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
