She was predeceased by: her parent John Wesley Howell. She is survived by: her parent Relia Howell; her spouse Gene Cline of Whitesville, GA; her sons, Wynn E. Cline (Connie W.) of Greensboro, GA and Jon W. Cline (Virginia R.) of Conyers, GA; her grandchildren, Wyndy Taylor (Clayton), Brook Seybt (Will) and Jon R. Cline (Breanne); and her great grandchildren, Hudson Taylor, Griffin Taylor, Brady Seybt, Leighton Seybt and Chloe Elizabeth Cline.
