It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Tenney (Hamilton, Georgia), born in Haralson, Georgia, who passed away on August 10, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Gill Tenney and George Allen Tenney. He is survived by: his wife Gennette Fay Powell Tenney; his son Wayne Tenney; his daughter-in-law Lisa Tenney; his daughter Sallyann Mount; his son-in-law Ricky Mount, Sr.; and his sister Peggy Tenney Ison. He is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
