She was predeceased by: her parents, Mattie Copeland and Governor Copeland. She is survived by: her husband Oscar Whitehead of Shiloh, GA.; her siblings, Estelle Simpson of Hamilton, GA. and Jesse Lee Copeland of Atlanta, GA.; her stepdaughter Dorothy Hicks of Columbus, GA.; and her stepgrandsons, Zack, Junior Erick and Wayne. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and other relatives and friends.
