He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Gunn and Amy Pattillo Gunn; his wife Gladys Gunn; his son Curtis Gunn; and his granddaughter Kristin Gunn.
He is survived by: his children, Martha Gunn, Nancy Gunn, Nina Jean Copeland, Leroy Gunn (Pamela) and Marshall Gunn (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Prathan Gunn, Joshua Hart, Jonathan Gunn, Micah Gunn, Lamasseo Gunn, Lamarcus Gunn and Brandon Dixon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
