She is survived by: her sister Kathy Williams Payne; her brother-in-law Leo Payne (Shirley Babb); and her nieces, Kaitlin Michele Payne (Cat Carnes) and Tebor Smith (Jimmy). She is also survived by great-niece; and a host of extended family and friends.
