He is survived by: his parent Ethel Jackson Smith; his spouse Lacresia Smith; his daughter Kimberley Kittrell; his son-in-law Scott Kittrell; his son Anthony Smith; his daughter-in-law Michelle Smith; his grandchildren, Nicholas Kittrell, Kaitlyn Kittrell, Titus Smith, Asa Smith and Samuel Smith; his brother Steve Smith; his sister-in-law Pam Smith; and also, Glenda Fowler, Larry Fowler, Connie Duncan, Paul Sneed, Danny Fennell, Jimmy Fennell, Jerry Bryant and Stanley "Otis" Cole.
