She is survived by: her husband Albert Middlebrooks, Jr. of Cordele, GA; her children, Melissa Hamilton of Cordele, GA, Debbie Hamilton of Cordele, GA and Theapplius Tinsley of Cordele, GA; her grandchildren, Eula, Shabazz, Lee, Sebastian, Shirley, Terrell, Bobby, Anthony, Michael, Carlos, Marchello, Salinda, Ashley, Jaylen and Valencia; and her siblings, Carol Goodman (Willie) and Roy (Mary). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
