She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Rumsey and Sara Martin Rumsey. She is survived by: her daughter Kay; her son-in-law Ralph Stowe of Toccoa; her son Zack Westmoreland of Las Vegas, Nevada; her grandchildren, Matt, Natalie Stowe and Chad Stowe; and her great grandchildren, Rhett and Kendall Stowe.
