She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Ledford and Valerie Rogers Ledford; her husband Eugene Corpening; her children, Wanda Pierce and Kenneth Corpening; and her grandson Stephen Pierce.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Karri (Mickey Corpening), Kelly (Alen Vandiver) and Vanessa (Shane Pierce); her great grandchildren, Remington Corpening, Daysha Vandiver, Alli Vandiver, Nathan Finney, Naomi Loftis and Kim Loftis; her sisters, Lois (Lamar Skelton) and Ruth Miller (Geannie Billingsley) of Toccoa; and her son-in-law Ricky Pierce.
