He was predeceased by: his brother Kenneth Gabrels; and his parents, Louise Gabrels and Junior Gabrels. He is survived by: his wife Gaylia Canup Gabrels; his children, Brandy and Matthew; his siblings, Michael, Steve Gabrels, Elaine Haynes and Sylvia Umberhanbt; and his sons-in-law, Matt and Drew.
