He was predeceased by: his father Max Wedereit; his son Brian Wedereit; and his brothers, Seigmar Wedereit and Horst Wedereit. He is survived by: his wife Willa; his son Alfred "Al" Wedereit, Jr. (Meghan); his sister Renate Leissner; his sister-in-law Waltraud Wedereit; his grandchildren, Erin Kwon (Bobby), Kirsten Barbin (Blake), Grace Wedereit and Alison Wedereit; and his great grandchild Barrett Kwon.
It is also requested that those who wish may send memorials to the American Heart Association in Mr. Wedereit's memory.
