She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Hines and Mattie Mae Hines. She is survived by: her husband Charlie Matthews Jr.; her children, Richard Matthews (Carol), Jimmy Matthews, Danny Matthews, Stevie Matthews (Kate), Angela Burston (Barron) and Alisa Vaughn (Gerald); her grandchildren, Tineshia, Tirell, Tisheyia, Danielle, Dee, Deontae, Latoya, Deshun, Monique, Daniel, Isabella and Lydia; her great grandchildren, Aariyanna, Jayden, Jordyn, Skylar, Leya and Jonas; and her close friend Jannie Hines. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
Due to COVID-19 concerns everyone in attendance at the Graveside Service and the viewing must wear a mask and social distancing is encouraged.
