He is survived by: his wife Michelle Collins of Paget, Bermuda; his children, Sara Westhead (Andrew) of Southampton, Marine, Matthew Collins (Brenda) of California, Rebecca Carvalho (Mark) of Paget, Hannah Collins, Adam of Warwick and Deborah Collins of Manchester, England; his grandchildren, Thomas, Jonathan, Lexi, Connor, Caleb, Evelyn, Isla and Aubrey; his siblings, Cathy DiBlasi of Atlantic Highlands, NJ, April Joyce (Michael) of Hendersonville, NC and George A. Collins, Jr. (Patricia) of Moreland; and his stepmother Doris Collins.
