He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Holder and William Walter Greene; and his sister Annelle Greene Bickerstaff. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Roberts Greene; his daughters, Julia Kalleen Greene and Rachel Greene Ayers; his son-in-law Patrick Carl Ayers; and his grandchildren, Liam Greene Ayers and Thomas Greene Ayers.
