He was predeceased by: his parents, James Theodore and Margaret Morrison Parker; and his brother Robert Parker. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Williams Parker of Gainesville; his daughter Courtney Parker of Gainesville; his granddaughter Iris Parker of Gainesville; and his sister Judy Parker of Anniston, AL.
