She was predeceased by: her mother Eula Lee Garner (Boss); her husband Fred Mitchel Harkins; and her siblings, Buddy Garner, Bobby Garner, Dorothy Nell Thomas and Shirley Garner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Niki Mincey of Dawsonville and Candy; her son-in-law Nicholas Bolden of Mississippi; her son Chris; her daughter-in-law Stacey Harkins of Gainesville; her son Jody Harkins of Gainesville; her brother Butch; her sister-in-law Joyce Garner of Gainesville; her siblings, Carolyn Cochran of Gainesville, Wayne Garner of Gainesville and Corine; and her brother-in-law Tom Morrison of Dawsonville. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, and several loving nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Due to the current pandemic the family has requested that mask be required and the social distancing rule be adhered to.
