He is survived by: his wife Annie Ruth Millsap; his son Calvin Millsap (Towanna); his grandchildren, Ja'micah and Ani; his siblings, Isaac Simpson (Elease) of Jackson County, Annie Barnes of New York, Gloria Jean Allen of Gainesville, Linda Simpson of Gainesville and Ophelia Parks (Bobby) of Gainesville; and his close friend Michael Lee.
