She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Don Stroud; and her parents, James "Jim" Westmoreland and Nancy Clarice Welborn Westmoreland. She is survived by: her children, Melody Stroud Duncan of Gainesville, GA and Mark Stroud (Amy) of Lula, GA; her grandchildren, Hannah Wallace (Chris), Haley Sullins (Brandon), Riley Stroud and Carter Stroud; her great grandchildren, Logan, Ellason, Emery Wallace, Anniston, Tenley, Havilyn and Blake Sullins; and her siblings, Pat (Barbara), Thomas (Sue), Billy (Judy), Boyd Westmoreland and Kitty Griffin (Lane). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
